Johann Hoschtialek

Johann Hoschtialek is the visionary Founder of 195in365, a global initiative dedicated to amplifying climate action and raising awareness of environmental challenges worldwide. A father of three daughters, Johann combines his passion for sustainability with extensive experience in hospitality, project management, and market development. 

An environmentalist and adventurer, he has travelled across cultures and continents, witnessing first hand the urgent need for sustainable solutions. Fluent in multiple languages, Johann connects communities globally while mobilizing youth, activists, scientists, and policymakers to take collective action. 

Through 195in365—an ambitious journey to all 195 countries in one year—Johann is building a global movement of “mini COPs” to ensure Small Island Developing States and vulnerable communities remain central in climate discourse. His leadership reflects a deep commitment to inclusion, innovation, and creating a better future for his daughters and generations to come.
