If you are a student interested in climate repair, there's an opportunity to get involved for you. The Centre for Climate Repair welcomes students from across disciplines to engage with cutting-edge research, bold climate innovation, and responsible environmental stewardship.

Climate Repair Student Grants

University of Cambridge students can apply for up to £1000 to lead a project on climate repair that generates knowledge, turns an idea into something tangible, brings students together, or engages policymakers. Apply now! The next application window closes on 11th December 2026. All information on how to apply can be found in the Information Pack below.

Climate Scenarios Workshop

Ask yourself: how much warming is likely to occur by 2100 or beyond? What will the impacts be at this temperature? Clarity on this is often obscured by complex scientific jargon and the dizzying variety of ways in which climate models are presented. This workshop aims to remedy these issues by demystifying technical language and providing the most relevant information in one place.

Climate scenarios are also uncertain and subjective. Should we only consider the scenarios which are most likely? Which climate impacts does one consider to be the most pressing? Should we consider climate repair technologies as part of the solution toolkit? Climate futures cannot be presented in just one way. Discussion is needed!
