Tianzhu Qin

Tianzhu Qin is a PhD student at the Centre for Climate Repair, under the supervision of Dr. Ramit Debnath. His research focuses on leveraging large language models and statistical machine learning to design computational systems that explore social tipping points and their interactions with society. His work aims to develop innovative strategies to address these critical challenges by understanding the dynamics of societal shifts and offering potential solutions for effective intervention. Before starting his PhD, Tianzhu earned degrees in information systems, data science, finance, and business. He has worked as a Researcher at Tencent, where he led AI projects.
