Discover Climate Repair: is this for real?
In-person and online - note room change to Lecture Theatre 2
The second seminar of our Autumn series will explore real research happening in the UK right now. Mark Symes is Director of the Advanced Research + Invention Agency's Exploring Climate Cooling programme. They're supporting research into climate cooling approaches, including re-thickening Arctic sea ice and solar radiation management.
Jane List works with Cambridge-based inkjet company Archipelago and is on one of the teams funded by ARIA, investigating the feasibility of Marine Cloud Brightening.
Join us at 1-2pm in Lecture Theatre 2, Dept of Engineering, or watch live on YouTube. The series is hosted by the Centre for Climate Repair at the University of Cambridge. Later events will be held on 13th November and 1st December.
Not in Cambridge? Watch live online.
